Heat resistant conveyor belt
The carcass of the product selects cotton canvas or EP canvas
as skeleton material.Cover rubber and cushion rubber is styrene-butadiene
rubber or chlorobutadiene that has good heat resistant.The product can work
properly under the temperature of 120℃ and is suitable for coneying
materials under the temperature of 120℃ in industries of
metallurgy,cement,steel,coking and etc.

High temperature resistant conveyor belt
The belt carcass of this product is EP
fabric of high modulus,lowshrink,and high breaking tensile strength.Coverrubber
of this products use EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber with high
temperature resistant materials,assembling and vulcanizing.The carcass of this
product has very high adhesion after the special treatment of coating and
shaping.Under normal working temperature of below 180℃,the belt is low in
elongation,excellent in anti abrision,and can bear 250℃ high temperature for a short
time.The belt is suitable for use in cement,metallurgical and steel industry.
6.
Patterned conveyor belt
It is composed of belt carcass and
pattern.Pattern shape and height may be different because of different conveyed
material and gradient of conveyor.On surface of the belt,there is chevron
pattern higher than the belt body.The pattern may be either open-end or
closed.Each kind of pattern includes three types of high,medium and low.It can
convey powdered,granulated ad small lump materials at the gradlent of no more
than 40℃,It can
also convey packaged materials.
7.
Raised edge conveyor belt
Owing to space limitation or in case of
lifting materials at large slope,raised edge conveyor belt is often used to
prevent scatter of conveyed materials.It is suitable of conveying materials at
a large slope to 90 degrees angle. The carcass material and strength of the
belt can be selected according to requirements of users.we have the following carcass
materials:Cotton,nylon and EP.
8.Chemical
resistant conveyor belt
Because
the belt core selects cotton-duck,nylon-duch,the belt has good
elasticity,excellent throughability,and low elongation.The rubber cover,which
is made of chemical resistant materials,has fine anti-chemical corrosiveness
and good physical properties.It is suitable for conveying materials with
chemical corrosiveness in chemical fertilizer factory,paper mill,mining
industry and etc.
