3.     PU SYNCHRONOUS BELT

PU synchronous belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane.It has strong anti-abrasion.The various of steel wire cores ensure the transmission capability in the driving.It has small production tolerance.Opened PU synchronous belt has the reliable transmission and the fine size stability.A layer of nylon can be added in the tooth face and/or back in order to guarantee the running specialty in the special applications.Also can add a thick layer of polyurethane in the back of the belt to resist corrosion or high loading

Mechanical properties:

Fine size stability;

Little pre-tension;

Low noise;

Highly anti-abrasion ability;

Non-maintenance;

Good elasticity;

The max linear velocity can reaches 80m/sec.

Chemical properties:

It resists aging,hydrolysis,ultraviolet ray UVA and ozone.

Operating temperature :-30℃ - +80℃,it can bear max 110℃ within a short period of time.

Highly oil and grease resistant

It resists most of the acid and alkali corrosion.
